Third-Party Notices
These notices explain media ownership, third-party licenses and how to find the required legal documents for NoiseVanish. They identify which documents cover your media, service use and third-party materials.
Which documents should I use?
| Question | Document | Scope |
|---|---|---|
| How can I use NoiseVanish? | Terms of Service | Service use, media permissions, paid plans and billing |
| How is information handled? | Privacy Policy | Accounts, media handling, retention and privacy requests |
| What licenses cover third-party material? | Third-party license document | Copyright, license texts, warranty notices and source access |
Do I keep the rights to my media?
You retain your rights in the audio and video you provide. Please process only media you own or have the rights, permissions, and consents to use. Using NoiseVanish does not grant rights in someone else’s recording, voice, image, or performance.
See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for the applicable service terms and information about handling your media.
Where can I find licenses and corresponding source?
Certain third-party materials are provided under their own licenses. Their copyright notices, license terms, warranty disclaimers, and source-access information are available in the third-party license document.
Where a license requires corresponding source, the document provides direct access to it. Those licenses govern the covered third-party materials; our service terms do not restrict the rights they grant.
What do copyright and trademark references mean?
NoiseVanish site content and service interface rights are reserved, subject to applicable third-party licenses and your rights in your own media.
Third-party product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. References to them do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
What warranty notices apply to third-party materials?
Third-party materials may be provided without warranty under their respective licenses. The complete disclaimers are included in the third-party license document. These notices do not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
What should I include in a notice enquiry?
Identify the document or page and the specific material concerned. Clear context helps us review the request without collecting unnecessary private information.
- Include the page URL and the relevant notice or copyright reference.
- Describe the correction or source-access issue you want reviewed.
- Include your authority or relevant reference if you are reporting a rights concern.
- Do not send passwords, payment-card details or private recordings.
Third-party licenses apply to the materials they cover. Finding an open-source component in a legal notice does not establish rights to unrelated site content, customer media or another party’s trademarks.
