BILLING / PAYMENT RIGHTS

Subscription and payment questions

What is included with Creator Monthly?

Creator Monthly is $9.99 USD every month and includes 600 minutes per billing cycle. Unused subscription minutes do not roll over. It renews automatically until cancelled.

How do one-time Minutes Packs work?

Choose 60 minutes for $3.99, 300 minutes for $8.99, or 600 minutes for $14.99. A Pack does not renew and expires 12 months after grant.

Can I request a refund?

A one-time Pack refund may be requested within 14 days only if zero seconds from that Pack were consumed, subject to mandatory law and applicable remedies. Subscription and partially used Pack refunds are not promised.

What happens when I cancel a subscription?

Creator Monthly subscribers can select Manage subscription on Pricing or Account to open the secure Creem Customer Portal. There, you can cancel the next renewal and manage billing. Your paid access continues through the displayed paid-through date. Account deletion does not cancel a subscription.

Why does checkout return show Pending?

Returning from checkout does not prove payment. NoiseVanish waits for verified confirmation before a subscription or Pack is added. URL parameters grant no access.

When are paid minutes consumed?

Reserved paid seconds finalize once the full result reaches READY. Validation failure, final processing failure, or cancellation before processing starts releases the reservation.

Does downloading consume minutes again?

No. Download is never the consumption trigger and does not charge a READY job a second time.

How does the Creator Monthly subscription charge work?

Creator Monthly is $9.99 USD every month and renews automatically until cancelled. Each cycle grants 600 minutes, and unused subscription minutes do not roll over. To cancel, select Manage subscription on Pricing or Account to open the secure Creem Customer Portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through the displayed paid-through date.

When do purchased minutes appear in my account?

After checkout, NoiseVanish waits for verified confirmation before a subscription or Pack is added. Minutes appear only after a confirmed payment event and a committed ledger effect; client return values and URL parameters grant no access.

Why does NoiseVanish confirm payments before adding time?

Client return values are not proof of payment. NoiseVanish confirms payment only after a verified payment event plus a committed ledger effect. Until then, no paid access is added.

Why do I see reserved minutes before my result is READY?

Eligible minutes are reserved for the verified source time before paid processing begins. The reservation finalizes only when the full result reaches READY; validation failure, final processing failure, or cancellation before processing starts releases it. Download never triggers a second charge.

When does a one-time Pack expire?

Each Pack expires 12 months after it is granted and does not renew. Paid usage draws from the current subscription cycle first, then the earliest-expiring Pack. An expired Pack cannot fund a new job.
