What information do we collect?
NoiseVanish processes the media you choose to provide for denoising, technical job metadata, account claims needed for Google sign-in, billing records, security data, and information you send to support. Filenames and media are not sent to analytics.
How do we use this information?
We use information to authenticate users, process files, provide previews and downloads, reconcile entitlements, prevent abuse, support users, and comply with legal obligations.
How is my media handled?
NoiseVanish processes the media you choose to provide through a secure processing system to reduce background noise. We do not use your media for advertising or model training, and we do not sell it. Open-source components used in the service are listed with license and source-access details in Third-Party Notices.
Which outside services are involved?
We use Stripe by default, with Creem available as a fallback payment service, to process checkout and billing information. NoiseVanish does not receive or store full payment-card numbers. We also use third-party services to operate the site and open-source software under its own licenses. See Third-Party Notices for component, license, copyright, warranty, and source-access information.
How long is information kept?
We retain processing, account, and billing information only as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and protect against fraud or abuse. Completed full-file results may be saved in the same browser for up to 7 days for repeat downloads. Copies are not synced across devices and may disappear sooner if browser data is cleared or storage is unavailable; download your own backup. You can remove saved copies from recent files. Account deletion is separate from subscription cancellation and is never reported complete before confirmation.
How can I make a privacy request?
Depending on location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent. Contact support@noisevanish.com. Records required for accounting, fraud, disputes, chargebacks, or law may remain restricted.
What should I know about saved files and account deletion?
- Saved full-file copies can remain for up to 7 days, but may disappear sooner; download your own backup.
- Copies are not synced between devices, and clearing saved website data may remove them.
- Deleting an account does not cancel a subscription; manage the subscription separately.
- Billing and security records may remain where needed for legal obligations or fraud prevention.
