Information we collect
NoiseVanish processes the media you choose to provide for denoising, technical job metadata, account claims needed for Google sign-in, billing records, security data, and information you send to support. Filenames and media are not sent to analytics.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, process files, provide previews and downloads, reconcile entitlements, prevent abuse, support users, and comply with legal obligations.

Retention and deletion
We retain processing, account, and billing information only as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and protect against fraud or abuse. Account deletion is separate from subscription cancellation and is never reported complete before confirmation.

Depending on location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent. Contact support@noisevanish.com. Records required for accounting, fraud, disputes, chargebacks, or law may remain restricted.
